Melissa, the branch manager, literally waited past closing time on a Saturday to help me get my money through. She walked me through everything helped me with questions I had, and made herself available to help explain anything else. I would highly recommend this company if you were in need of a loan, the customer service goes above and beyond and they truly make you feel like a value customer!
Melissa is a blessing to this business! She helped me so much ! I walked in and she caught me off guard because I was having a really rough day , as we were doing my loan , I cried out of frustration of my day and she comforted me . She really gives off that sweet mom vibes ! Such a great person !
