“Had a clog in my Sink, it was backing up. Called Foremost, they had an employee come out within a couple hours. The problem was diagnosed, price was quoted and repairs were commenced. Well fast forward about a week, the plumbing under the Sink came apart because it had not been installed properly. It was after hours, i called and LVM. Sarah called me back in less than 10 minutes, said she apologized and Russel the owner would be here shortly. He came in, saw the issue, apologized and said that person was no longer an employee of his as of that moment. He fixed the problem. He had walked away from grilling Dinner for his family to fix this. That is what Customer Service right there!! Problems will happen sometimes, what makes the difference is how you Handle it!!! Great folks!!!“
