There is one thing that I wasn’t aware of that I wish I was, and that would be that I was made aware of that there is no option to modify my loan once I have the proceeds from the sale of my home. I wish I have been notified of that is there is no option to have my loan be modified once I sell my current home. I wanted to pay down the loan by $100,000. To decrease my payment and I was told there is no option to do that. I was and am very disappointed as far as that goes.“
