“I highly recommend AgSouth for their excellent customer service during the entire loan processing of our land purchase. Robert Allen Pope was always there to explain things to me during the entire loan process.
There is one thing that I wasn’t aware of that I wish I was, and that would be that I was made aware of that there is no option to modify my loan once I have the proceeds from the sale of my home. I wish I have been notified of that is there is no option to have my loan be modified once I sell my current home. I wanted to pay down the loan by $100,000. To decrease my payment and I was told there is no option to do that. I was and am very disappointed as far as that goes.”
