The front office staff is very friendly and the quality care I receive due to wonderful teamwork between the Physicians and Staff at this office is the reason I continue to keep going.
Twice i have walked out before seeing a Doctor. Two hours last time. Today, Almost a hour and a half before putting me in a room. Then said at leasr 30 more minutes. I left again.
Never again. Five years is long enough with this joke of a staff.

This practice has lost the plot.With every visit it continues to get worse, on all levels. The lack of consideration that is given to their patients in regards to their time and staying on schedule is unacceptable. Yes, it can happen, however religiously for the past two years every appointment has not been on time. Not just by a few minutes, I'm talking by hours. Appointments are given for a reason, one of which is respect, respect of patients time. There is much time and planning that goes into making an appointment, and for such total disregard is infuriating. In addition to their policy of no refills in between visits or their is a charge.
