This practice has lost the plot.With every visit it continues to get worse, on all levels. The lack of consideration that is given to their patients in regards to their time and staying on schedule is unacceptable. Yes, it can happen, however religiously for the past two years every appointment has not been on time. Not just by a few minutes, I'm talking by hours. Appointments are given for a reason, one of which is respect, respect of patients time. There is much time and planning that goes into making an appointment, and for such total disregard is infuriating. In addition to their policy of no refills in between visits or their is a charge. They money hungry. They see you in a hurry and charge you $200/300 for a 5 minute visit. Your waiting time is longer than your visit in room. Copeland Doctor only sits in there and plays on laptop and don't ask you questions or shows concerns. Then tells you what's wrong with you in her personal opinion. Just another money maker in business for the less qualified doctors. Anmed should close their doors. BTW . You got $1 balance owed on your account. Might as well forget making appointment. Money over health.

If I could give lower I sure would. Was a pt for over 6 years, always paid my co pay, never had a balance on my acct and then my husband lost his job and his insurance. I developed heart issues and went to see my family Dr to have it checked out and before I was called back billing called me back and stated to be seen I had to pay $400 up front...wth? I told them our situation, no job and no insurance and i got treated like i was someone with the plague. I said i didnt have it and could make payment and then I was told you wont be seen unless you pay the $400 and if I couldn't afford it I could go to the ER....Sure let's go from a few hundred dollar bill up over a few...read full review
