My husband is a double lung recipient and started his infusions in this facility 2 months ago. Three weeks ago he was driving home from his 2nd infusion and started feeling sick. We we aware of the possible side effects from this infusion, but he felt different from the first one he had there. Two weeks later we received a call from our transplant coordinator telling us my husband was given a double dose during his IVIG infusion. I have been going for a little over a year to Anderson center the Drs, nurse Courtey, Emily, Tina and all the guys there are so good to patients. And front desk Megan. My infusion is 4 hrs so I spend all morning there 1 month. Such a pleasure to have a great staff as much time I have to spend there.

Patient for 3 years with monthly infusions. Issues all the time with billing, scheduling, time to do the infusion. I max out on what I have to pay usually March/April. I always had pay what they said or infusion services was refused. If it was different, I had to provide proof showing my max, then another hour eaten up calling Columbia so they can verify (this should be done prior). Had difficulty getting lab work done. When started I specifically asked about drawing blood as I have a port and it's fine with each infusion. I found out Monday morning 6/1- that it's only drawn as a courtesy. No one ever told me that.
