Just wanted to share my wonderful experience with others openly. I went there on Thursday, November 6th at 12pm for an appointment with Louise. From the moment that she acknowledged my presence until my departure, I was cared for more like a family member rather than a client. She constantly expressed interest in my hair, told me what condition my hair was in, and handled my hair with tender, loving care. She has such a beautiful countenance about herself, completely genuine. My whole stay with her was relaxing. I loved the end results of my hair, and I felt that I was valued as a customer. EDIT: In the spirit of grace I edited this review. I did have an issue where my wig was cut incorrectly and poorly styled and the matter was mishandled by the stylist who did the work. After I took the matter up with the BBB, and the owner, Ms. Fant, immediately reached out and resolved the issue. By compensating me for the wig and the services I paid for, I was made whole.Ms. Fant apologized and also told me that I could/should have come to her, though unfortunately at the time was not an option as I did not have her number, and didn’t feel comfortable returning to the establishment.
