I took my daughter to Medcare Urgent Care, it happen to be within an hour of closing. They had no problem welcoming us and was very nice. The Lady that signs us in is very polite . It was a good visit . I would recommend this place.
The front was very thorough in making sure all my info was correct to be billed properly and so that I could be contacted in case of further information being needed. Nichole was terrific triaging, when the forehead thermometer was saying one temperature, she verified with the oral thermometer and it turned out the first was incorrect. They checked up on me the entire time during my breathing treatment and made sure to actually listen when I told them how I was feeling and and what I was feeling. It was a fantastic experience. There are truly professional people at the MedCare Of Anderson.
I was pleased to find out that they were opened until 8:00 even on a Sunday. I always need medical care on the weekend or a holiday! Everyone was nice and efficient and professional. I would certainly go there again.
