Mostly good experience. Angelica, Jennifer, Nicole, McKayla, Nichole and Kelly were great! Super nice and helpful. Dr. Pochant could use with improvement. Upon trying to look at my throat, she was having trouble seeing it and treated me like a child, saying things like, “you’re a grown adult” and, “I can’t treat you if you won’t do this.” I never once refused to let her use a tongue depressor to see my throat or refused treatment in anyway. I have Autism and don’t like being touched, let alone have someone stick something in my mouth. I may have looked like a I didn’t like what was going on, but never once refused treatment. I took my daughter to Medcare Urgent Care, it happen to be within an hour of closing. They had no problem welcoming us and was very nice. The Lady that signs us in is very polite . It was a good visit . I would recommend this place.
The front was very thorough in making sure all my info was correct to be billed properly and so that I could be contacted in case of further information being needed. Nichole was terrific triaging, when the forehead thermometer was saying one temperature, she verified with the oral thermometer and it turned out the first was incorrect. They checked up on me the entire time during my breathing treatment and made sure to actually listen when I told them how I was feeling and and what I was feeling. It was a fantastic experience. There are truly professional people at the MedCare Of Anderson.
