Today was my first time visiting this shop. The staff was very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions. They took their time with my hair. It came out very neat and I absolutely love it 🥰 I recommend this salon.

I went at 830am on the day after Christmas to get a fresh style for the new year. Ester and the other hairstylist were polite, gentle and assuring of scalp discomfort and if the style, length, and size is to my liking. I assure you I was very pleased with the whole experience. I will be back in 3 months. Also I will bring cash too. The hairstyle I asked for was Senegalese twist.

This place is trash! They always say it’s “first come first served”. Well I was the second person in before they opened at 8:30. I waited in the chair an hour before the other workers showed up, to only be told she couldn’t do two braids because they hurt her thumb! So they only had one person who could do the two braids, but she was doing the customer hair who arrived first. If you don’t want to do the two braids because it’s not a “financially benefit” for you, just say that instead of making excuses. This is my second and last time not receiving services from this unprofessional business!

I will not go back to Koko braidin hair salon in Anderson i ask for some medium braids she did small braids on my head her and her employees stop every 10 min talkin and texting on they phone they will do a few more braids and just walk off they was outside one of her employee left they will never get a dime from me again
