I can’t tell you how sweet my stylist was to my needs. Knowing that I’m being treated for Cancer, and needed my hair style to be easy for me , and that in a few weeks I would be coming back for a full shave , doctor said to be ready to lose it all, she made me feel so comfortable and I appreciated that so much .. she took care of me right to the end of my appt. Nice people but a three rating is already high. Online appointments are not adhered to and the waiting monitor has been out for months. It's obvious they are booking for no shows but I've had 0 minute waits, arrived in less than 7 minutes to be greeted with an excess of 25 minute wait with 4 - 5 people ahead of me. Just wrong, client time is important as well

My name is Grace Atwater, wife of Norman Atwater My first time on these Great Clips since the other Great Clips was little bit further from this one.I was Happy for the young girl Chastity and she really did a good job on whatever was left in my hair, and to my surprise they gave me a free haircut for I guess my first haircut since I am taking a chemo tablets for 4 months now, she really did a good job and Im going to that Great Clips all the time since it is also nearer our residenceUp date 5/10/21Sad to tell you that you have not seen my wife back at your place is because she passed away Sept 10,2020 due to Covid we were married 40 years miss her so much
