Carole is the front desk lady who helped me tremendously and sorting out what class I was in and my financial arrangements to be a member here she greets everyone with a smile knows every member by name and has probably the cutest family I’ve ever seen whether it’s helping with check-in answering questions or just brightening your day with a kind word she goes above and beyond every time that I’ve needed something.

I had a planet fitness membership before this. This is more expensive but the classes, the coaching, and most of all the community are well worth it. My fitness goals are nearly reached, I’ve gained 15lbs or muscle and look the best I ever have. In addition I’ve made friends along the way.

Great gym with great training. The people are very welcoming and friendly. I do jiu-jitsu and am blessed to have landed where I have! Alex is a great instructor that will push your skill to the next level. There are various levels of training partners and we all have fun drilling & killing. If you're a guy (or gal, these scraps dont discriminate) who want to be pushed to be better by your instructors and peers, come and check out ECMMA. You wont be disappointed, but probably a little sore.Side note, my children also do jiu-jitsu and they have a blast while also learning to defend themselves from top notch instructors.Forgot to mention the owner is a badass too!
