About Dog Days Grooming And Boarding

Dog Days Grooming and Boarding is highly appreciated by pet owners for their caring and attentive service. Customers praise how well they take care of their dogs, ensuring they are comfortable, happy, and well-groomed. Dogs often arrive anxious but leave looking beautiful, happy, and worn out in a good way. Owners feel reassured knowing their pets are in good hands, with many recommending the business for its genuine care. The grooming services are especially appreciated, with dogs leaving looking adorable and feeling loved. However, there was an incident where an owner experienced disrespect and rude behavior from the staff when discussing their rehomed dog. This negative interaction contrasted with the overall positive reputation, highlighting that while many customers are pleased with the care provided, some have encountered unprofessional conduct. Overall, Dog Days Grooming and Boarding is known for its dedication to pet well-being, offering a safe, friendly environment for grooming and boarding needs.

Our 4mo old, Stella Lou, had her first grooming today! She looks absolutely beautiful and was our same happy pup when we got her back as when we dropped her off! 💕❤️ Our before picture and after!

I have never been so confused in my life. Through 10 years of rescue and rehoming Danes, I was never treated with such disrespect. After giving our pup several weeks to adjust, she still wasn’t able to overcome her destructive tendencies when anxiety got her. So we made the hard decision to continue the rehoming process and reached back out to Dog Days to see if they wanted her back or not. Shockingly, we were met with abusive language, rudeness, and a threat to fight??? All of this from their company account and phone number. I hope the gentleman is reading this and understands I just wanted to hear why he thought the dog was miss treated as well as let him know the issues we observed with her. Also, would he mind apologizing for his first response of accusations of abuse rather than understanding and problem solving. I pray he’s kinder to his animals but apparently doesn’t care much for customers.
