My wife and I had our first appointments at Carolina Eye Care today, and overall, we had a very positive experience. I saw Dr. Ward, while my wife saw Dr. Mak.
Dr. Ward was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He seemed to have a genuinely pleasant attitude and made a good first impression. My wife also said she was treated very well by Dr. Mak and was pleased with her experience.
The office was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Based on our first visit, everything went well, and we would definitely consider returning for our future eye care needs.
Doctor Ward is a wonderful eye doctor. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. The staff is very friendly acknowledging you when you enter the office. So, if you need a eye doctor don't hesitate to call.

This office has been excellent every time I’ve been there. I’ve been a patient for about two years, and the experience has consistently been positive. The staff is friendly, upbeat, and always makes you feel welcome when you walk through the door. They take the time to be helpful and treat patients with kindness and respect. You can tell they care about creating a good experience, and it really shows. I’m glad I found this practice and would definitely recommend them to others.
