Brewster assessed our needs and provided reasonable estimates for the new system parts and installation. It was clear he loves working with C&L and cares about pleasing their customers. He loaned us a portable AC while we waited for parts - that was a lifesaver since it was 83+ degrees many days! He also called us a few days after the installation to be sure we were satisfied. A very fast response due to the lucky chance of having a free service man in the area. The servicemen were good about cleaning up too. After the fix there was a quick inspection so I really feel it was worth it the call.

Loosing a/c during a 90deg heatwave is no fun. C & L was recommended by a friend who had an incredible experience with them so I gave them a call. Although I didn’t consider it an emergency - they did and put me on a priority service list. I got a call back an hour later from Jacob who told me he was on the way. He arrived and went right to work, solved the problem and installed the defective part. The system was up and running in less than an hour! The repair cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend them. They will be my go to place for sure!
