To the receptionist at the front desk: You're always so rude. Patients depend on this facility for caring and respect and you can brighten or dampen someone's day just by your attitude! Your attitude usually dampens it; so sour and unprofessional! It's not your place to decide my medical care and whether or not the doctor will or will not respect my concerns. Your a receptionist working in a medical office...act accordingly! There's very few smiles from the nurses too..

The office is a good place Dr, DeCastro was an excellent doctor , replaced by Dr. Jill Spencer whom I have also experienced as a good physician as well . Very disappointed with a Certified Medical Practioner "Brock ", I went in for a simple TB test and she did not perform proper procedures and had the wrong solution in the syringe when I mentioned this she flew into a rage and ranted back and forth trying to prove that she did not make the mistake , slamming a bottle of the correct solution that was supposed to be used on testing for( Mantouk's PPD Testing) after I made mention that I was a retired nurse .. no one on staff reprimanded or stopped her in her confrontation, that was there as she loudly and verbally abused me at the front desk , left a poor taste in my mouth , everyone else there is great in my past experience very unethical behavior on her part
