Keegan has been so much help and made the process of building our home such a pleasant process! Definitely recommend giving him a call! Wade explained all of our plans and made any changes we requested easily.
My husband and I are in the process of building a house and decided to go with American Home Place. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful experience we have had with the staff. Keegan has always been prompt in returning my calls and helping when I have questions he is awesome to work with and then we have Rachel she helped me pick out finishes for the house when I was totally clueless. Rachel is one valuable asset to American Home Place. I can txt or call and she always responds back when I need something. I want to give a shout out for our builder. We are still in the process - about 50% completed but it has been an amazingly smooth and pleasant process, from design to estimate to closing , site work, foundation, framing, roofing, plumbing and electrical. We feel truly blessed and grateful. Excellent quality work, top notch communications, integrity and goes the extra mile. I’ll keep you posted but I have to say after 2 years of looking at potential builders, interviews, proposals and looking at their builds we have found a jewel of a builder. And my husband will tell you I am very picky and direct.
