I have had a twenty plus year relationship with this business going back so far as when you could have a charge account and be billed monthly. Their quality has gone down the drain and there is absolutely zero customer service. The so called manager is useless and the staff just stare at you blankly and do nothing to address legitimate concerns. Never again.

For the second time in less than 3 months, Warneke Cleaners has lost my laundry. Worse, the owner, who is out of state, refuses to provide compensation for the loss, or even speak to me or his own employee at the store about it. I urge everyone in Aiken to avoid this business. Run... don't walk....to some other place.

Poor customer service man at the front has a bad attitude. Taken a white suit to be clean and got it back gray went back to check on it the man at front desk got a attitude with me never go there again.
