Joe Sullivan scheduled my hvac install for a Saturday shortly after my requested service call. He loaned me a window air conditioner to help cool a portion of my home until then. Joe and his son, Shane, spent a very warm day day getting my unit installed. They cleaned up after making the area look better than before. I am pleased with the professionalism of this company.
We could not be happier with Sullivan's Heating & Air Conditioning and our thrilled we found an HVAC expert for our home. We purchased a Tempstar variable speed heat pump after our 30 year furnace was diagnosed with a cracked heat exchanger. The key with these modern heat pumps is the installation and start up expertise. Our install was not easy as the attic opening was not ideal and the line set length was longer than typical. Joe and his team are the people you want to do your install and start up. Their knowledge and application of these units is first rate. I highly recommend them.
Joe Sullivan spent a solid hour and half doing an annual check on my older heating system. He was inside and outside examing items. He helped me remove an old filter and put in a new one. His assessment was good...dependable work.
