We got a proposal from Holley to install a new AC/Furnace. They installed the system the day after we accepted which was great since we were without AC! Salesman, Brian, was knowledgeable and clear in his presentation and crew was on time and committed to getting the unit installed that day. Great experience! The job was not inexpensive but came in midrange
The technician did an excellent job. The person with whom I spoke on the phone was terrible. We’ve used Holley for all of our HVAC work for more than a decade and the people who answer the phone have always been pleasant and helpful, not this time. She was the worst I’ve experienced. The telephone people are the main interface between Holley and its customers if they’re South sour so is the whole experience. I asked to speak with Randy and was told he was t around. I asked to have him call me to discuss the necessary repair. Not surprisingly he never called. Very disappointing.
