We got a proposal from Holley to install a new AC/Furnace. They installed the system the day after we accepted which was great since we were without AC! Salesman, Brian, was knowledgeable and clear in his presentation and crew was on time and committed to getting the unit installed that day. Great experience! The job was not inexpensive but came in midrange
After calling to check cost and make an appointment, I was offered an appointment in the afternoon and then they called me back just minutes later and found they could help me immediately at no additional cost. Then I was also told about their seasonal upkeep program and lowered the cost even further. Absolutely outstanding and their workman came out, took his time and checked and double to make certain everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
Tech found problem right away on first visit. I ended up deciding to replace the unit rather than spend a significant amount repairing an older unit. I'm glad I did. The new unit is much more efficient, and coupled together with the smart thermostat, the temperature is much more consistent throughout the house. This is also a company that stands behind their quoted price. If they quote it, that's the total cost. Period. No surprises. Thanks to Jack, PJ, and the very professional crew that did the installation.
