I am so impressed with the physical therapy that I received at Hitcock Healthcare. The staff working in the office were always friendly and accommodating. Sessions were always on time. Barbara was my physical therapist and she was the best therapist I have ever encountered. I've have had injuries in the past that required therapy, so I have worked with many therapists, but none offered the help that I received with Barbara. My needs were rather broad because I was dealing with osteoporosis. She offered clear explanations about living with osteoporosis and offered information for me to take home. Krisy and Brittany at the front desk are fantastic. They always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help you and make you feel right at home. All The therapist there are awesome and give you great one on one therapy and the facility is always super clean their rehab aide ROCKS!!!!!!! Ryan Fairlcoth is certified in LSVT BIG. Kelly Keener is a certified Vestibular therapist. Kayla Hadden is a Certified Hand Therapist.
I am very pleased with the therapists I am working with. Both are awesome and genuinely care about your therapy. Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Very intimate setting that promotes one on one time. The staff is focused on you during your sessions. I would highly recommend them.
