The Dr was very knowledgeable and considerate. I just moved here and adopted a dog, and came with my own dog too. They got me in within a week where others were a month out. Then had a cancelation the next day and called me to bring my dog in. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and care they gave. I did not feel rushed when the Dr came in to see my furbaby either, which is always nice. I strongly recommend hitchock animal hospital.

All vets have a wait time. I feel like my appointment wasn't rushed and the inside was very clean. The ladies up front were very sweet.And I was able to have a call back for an issue I had the same day.

The moment I realized my dog had a GI blockage, I called Hitchcock and was greeted by Sam. Sam was incredibly kind and listened to everything I said. Not once did Sam ask me to repeat myself, which made me feel like she really cared. Once I explained what was going on, Sam put me on a brief hold & was able to get me in that day. I know they can be busy, so I appreciate how Sam knew I felt my situation was urgent and did what she could. Once I got there, Courtney was such a great tech. My dog can sometimes be wild but she was very patient with him. After his X-rays, Dr. Ray came in and was incredibly helpful.
