If I could zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service. My repair job has been half done for 2 months now. Everytime I call, I'm told that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting on the magic call and the repair is incomplete. Buyer beware.

Salesman was extremely aggressive and pushy. We had to purchase “on the spot.”We weren’t allowed to think about it or discuss it with one another, not even for a day or he would not honor the quote. Additionally, the salesman said to us that he wanted to deal only with “the man of the house, not the spouse because she wasn’t qualified to make the big decisions.” Very unprofessional and extremely condescending. This should’ve tipped us off to not use this company. Unfortunately we did purchase and we are very disappointed. The gutters clogged within the first few years and the company does not stand behind their “lifetime anti-clog warranty.” Company... read full review

Originally bought our windows about 1.5 years ago. If I remember correctly, they did a poor job with communication and my husband had to call them several times to set up a time for install. Recently, January-ish time frame, I called because I noticed one of the windows wasn't sitting correctly and I wanted someone to come and take a peak at it so that it could be fixed. It took several weeks before I got that scheduled and when they came out we were told they were all installed incorrectly and they all needed to be replaced.
