Had siding replaced on my house. While performing the work they damaged my downspout on my gutter system. The installer said they would tell the office and someone would come repair it. That didn’t happen. I get a call from the office a week later wanting the final payment. I asked if they could repair the downspout. I was told they would create a work order for that and they would come take care of it. That didn’t happen. This is the last time I’ll do business with them.

If I could zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service. My repair job has been half done for 2 months now. Everytime I call, I'm told that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting on the magic call and the repair is incomplete. Buyer beware.

Salesman was extremely aggressive and pushy. We had to purchase “on the spot.”We weren’t allowed to think about it or discuss it with one another, not even for a day or he would not honor the quote. Additionally, the salesman said to us that he wanted to deal only with “the man of the house, not the spouse because she wasn’t qualified to make the big decisions.” Very unprofessional and extremely condescending. This should’ve tipped us off to not use this company. Unfortunately we did purchase and we are very disappointed.
