I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment. My father had a procedure scheduled today May 2 2024 and we had a schedule pick up and no one showed up to pick up my father. I made over 40 calls to their office to every extension and even did a chat on the website with no response. A family member also went by the establishment and stated 4 cars were in the parking lot but no one came to the door. My father is bed bound and we had to move him by personal vehicle with no medical training to his appointment because this establishment FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB. I will be reporting this establishment to the BBB because of this lack of concern this could have cost my father his life.

This service has helped me at least three times. They are professional, kind and dependable! I am in need of medical transport to and from hospitals and my doctors' office for appointments. They have wonderful and caring personalities. I would be lost without their assistance.
