I want to give 10 stars vs. 5. Dr. Brown, Dr. Howeth, and their technician Tracie who gave my dog outstanding attention for dental surgery and recovery. Front reception personnel also gave excellent communication. Thank you so much!

All the staff at Aiken Animal Hospital are just excellent. Everyone from the front desk workers to the doctors are empathetic, kind and informative. They don't let you leave feeling confused or upset. They were great with my darling cat, Taco, he had to stay a few nights, and they were always willing to stop and answer my many calls to check on him, and answer all my questions.

We love seeing Dr Fralick! She has been our veterinarian for a few years, and has made herself available for everything we need. She patiently answers my questions without making me feel rushed, and takes her time to understand the issue and what outcome we are hoping for. She has cared for our pets through comfort care and euthanasia, puppy - young dogs well checks, and brand new ringworm infected kittens. I leave every appointment feeling heard, cared for and thankful she is our resource!!
