I come here when I want to be treated like ROYALITY. So I basically go here everyday and I'd say I can tell you they know how to PLEASE their customers! Ask the kind and caring woman behind the counter for a cash refund and you'll be swimming in the most incredible customer service you could ever imagine in your wildest dreams!!!

I just had the best experience at the Woonsocket location! Love them....will definitely go back. I needed a 'bizarre' part to make a lamp work. It had been brought home from Turkey as a gift, and would not accept American connections. I was ready to give up, but decided to stop on a whim as I passed by... and WOW! Customer service +++. The "experienced" gentleman (Gary Paris) behind the counter knew exactly what the problem was, looked up a special bizarre part, ordered it, and called me when it came in. He sold me the tiny lightbulb it needed, tested it out, and gave advice for the future of the lamp. I was treated like a queen, and the transaction only cost me $4. Love this place.
