I was locked out of my phone and in a panic...I'm at that age where technology and I are often arch enemies! To the point, as soon as I walked in the store I was met with a friendly smile and a demeanor that suggested my problem was going to be handled confidently.
Dave , in no time, identified the issue and fixed it. Dave is a very knowledgeable and trained technician and I was fortunate to have benefitted from his professionalism. His fellow.associate Jay was equally courteous. Who ever the owner is at Cellular Mobile ( Putnam Pike location) is, i truly hope he appreciates the valuable assets he has in these two gentlemen.
