“4.5 stars really….I am 1,000% satisfied with my roof! Corey was my contact person and he was excellent, very responsive and polite. Very fair price too. Only -0.5 starts because they really beat up my native dogwood. I know the contract says they can do what they need to do to get access, but this tree is not overbearing and could have been cut back more carefully. Instead the workers just hacked at it wherever they pleased without considering the health of the tree. Alas, the dogwood did not produce any berries for the birds this year. Hopefully with some TLC (and a few hundred bucks I wasn’t exactly prepared to spend) from an arborist, it will bounce back.Despite this I would still highly recommend Ferschke Construction for your roofing needs.“

“Fantastic job start to finish. I got an estimate within two days and was scheduled within a week. All existing shingles stripped, ice and water shield installed on all gutter lines, valleys, hips, ridges and dormers. Synthetic underlayment installed on remainder of roof. All new shingles including hip and ridge shingles installed, new ridge vent, new pipe boots and chimney reflashed. Complete, and I mean complete, clean up (right down to picking up loose nails with super magnets). All done in ONE DAY! These guys are careful, coordinated and diligent with meticulous attention to detail. They get our highest recommendation. John and MJ Rossello“
