Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. I recently had a dental emergency and it was so painful and stressful. Georgiana is amazing and helped me through the whole process. Dr. Radulescu is wonderful. Highly skilled and caring. I highly recommend this practice.
until today, I would have given five stars without a blink; however, today was really kind of wacky… I arrived five minutes early for my 2 PM appointment and there was a note indicating that as we arrived we should sit in the waiting room; at about 210 or so, someone came in and greeted us carrying a four pack tray of iced coffee coffees and heading back into the working part of the office; shortly thereafter, we were all checked in.
, I had zero eye contact with anyone until very close to the end of my appointment; it was so unlike any of my other experiences… No one made a eye contact with me, as I was being prepped, no one spoke to me… It was just plain... read full review
I've had only great experiences at DMR. The entire staff is friendly and completely professional. I like it that everyone working there knows all about what they're doing.
