My initial contact: I called & spoke with a polite, courteous receptionist who scheduled an on-site visit.
The on-site visit was informative and precise.
Work was subsequently performed as scheduled (and at the quoted price) by obviously skilled tradespersons: The project was left clean & dirt free, all piping and associated items were installed plum and/or level and the system performed as designed.

I could not be happier with the purchase and installation. I look forward to many years of efficient cooling and heating from my Mitsubishi heat pump/ mini splits! The team arrived on time and worked professionally and courteously and finished as scheduled with minimal upheaval for me (or my dog). I had a somewhat tricky installation (3 crawl spaces plus my cellar) to deal with, but they were very respectful of my property and got everything done to my complete satisfaction.
