Been going here on and off for years.The deep tissue massages from Claudia truly helps with my mobility and stiffness. Larry offers a wonderful relaxing message that compliments the professional training sessions. Lastly if you can make one of the small group classes, you will have an enjoyable experience with just one or two ? other clients. They create classes that allow people of any fitness level to start in and then improve .
I have been going to Claudia for 2 months now. I finally wanted to address an injury from 6 years ago in my shoulder that restricted my range of motion and led to stiffness and pain in my shoulder belt. It is quite amazing what Claudia has been able to do in this short period of time! She really does go in deep! It is hard work for her and it it not always pain free but I always leave feeling so much better than before. Fantastic work!
