Wonderful exercise studio. Lots of zumba and other classes. The Owner is so sweet! As are all the instructors. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and are very friendly. No matter what your dancing abilities are, you wont feel out of place. Trust me I know!!

If you are looking for a fun, welcoming, loving community to dance with at an affordable price, look no further. It’s an amazing way to get active while having a smile on your face 100% of the time. Nothing but love at Mind and Body!

If your looking for a great zumba class, you can find it here! The staff and owner Mary are all wonderful! Its a warm and inviting place to workout. Definitely no judgement zone here! I have been doing zumba for a few months and I really look forward to going to class. I have met so many new people. I just love it! No matter who you are, you will feel welcomed!!
