Their piercer is absolutely amazing! super patient, knowledgeable, and gentle. He pierced my younger daughter's nose and when it got caught on her pillowcase and came out 3 weeks later, we were able to go right in so he could put it back in. I'll sing his praises from all the rooftops.

Last night my nose piercing fell out and in that short time began to heal, I was so sad about it because I’ve only had it for a little less than a year. Fortunately, John was more than happy to help me out in not only reopening the piercing but also explaining why it was so difficult for me to try it myself. After adjusting the bar of the jewelry (bending it from a right nostril to left nostril piece, which I didn’t even know was a thing) we were able to get the jewelry back in place with no further issues! Based on other reviews, I can’t recommend a place more based on cleanliness, proper education, and overall help!
