“*** Original 2019 Review*** I meant to write this last year- they do a FANTASTIC job and the employees are always pleasant. Front-store parking can get tricky though as someone already mentioned. If there's no spots at the front there is parking to the side of the building (although I don't know if its okay to park there- I'd call ahead and check just to be sure).Last year they hemmed over a dozen items for me ranging from my tops, pants and dresses to my husband’s favorite sweater. Price-wise I find them to be a tad pricey compared to others around... BUT... its fair for the quality of work they provide. Before finding Elite Tailors, I had been to a few other alteration places in RI where they charged less, and the quality reflected the price I paid.I hope businesses get a chance to read these reviews because if they do: Thank you Elite Tailors & Cleaners! I will for sure be seeing you all the next time my clothes need alterations :-)*2023 Update* I still go here for dress/skirt/anything alterations! Just last week, they altered a skirt for me and it fits great!“
“I was trying to convert an article of clothing into a jacket. Long story short, I ended up messing it up and the jacket ended up being too cropped and short for my liking. I called and then brought my jacket to Tita’s tailors and asked if they could make alterations to the jacket so that it would properly fit me. a week later I picked up my jacket and it was like brand new, everything was perfect from the length to the alterations. They really took the time to make sure every tiny detail was perfect for an overall great end result. Will definitely be coming back!“
“I am so glad The Laundry Club is in Wayland Square. Only have to walk 2 blocks for friendly and efficient service. They have fixed rips in dresses, leggings, shirts, jeans, snow pants, and even a flag for me. The Laundry Club makes sure the tailors they send it to get all the details, all the time. One pair of leggings had rips in a dozen different places, and all are repaired. For such a reasonable price, too. It takes a couple weeks to come back since repairs are outsourced, so as long as you have time, I highly recommend to come here. I’ve interacted with couple different employees a few times, as well as the manager Rob many times. I’ve never had a negative experience. Thank you!“
