Ive been seeing Nicole lately and she is amazing. It took a lot for me to get the courage to even do therapy but Nicole made me feel instantly comfortable. Its still early on but every session helps me get one step closer to healing. Im sure the other therapists here are just as great.
Dr. Turchetta was informative, pleasant, and easy to work with, as was the test proctor. Location was easy to get to. The only negative is how long it took to get the first appt (3 months), and that it was multiple appts months apart. Took longer to get answers so that my mental health providers could make a plan, but it was a great experience over all. Wish my health insurance had covered more of the testing. But that's a blah to my insurance company, not to the doctor/practice.
Super easy to meet with the psychologist virtually! I had a technical difficulty with my laptop during my appointment, and the psychologist quickly called me so we could continue the appointment. Very professional!
