12/6/23…Vlad is the person I always request when we have our carpets & floors cleaned. He’s always pleasant & professional. He works quickly but with attention to detail. He’s proud of his work & it shows in the results with which we are always happy.Thank you Vlad & Stanley Steemer!Along with our carpets, we had our oak hardwood floors treated by Vlad’s at our last visit this past week. As always, they looked beautiful when finished. For some strange reason one area did not dry as thoroughly after 2 hours as in the past, so about 10 hours later my husband walked in that area in his bare feet & left his left foot print on his way to get a glass of water! Vladimir and Nathan were awesome. Explained process, were careful of furniture, done in just a few hours too for a whole house job. Definitely get the stripping done to your tile if advised, ours looks so much better now!
