Overall AMAZING experience! I took my 18 month old son in for his very first hair cut and Lisa was just so amazing with him! She was patient with my son, talked to my son and told him every step she was doing as it was happening. She gave him bubbles to play with while getting his hair cut. Lisa asked how I wanted it styled and continued to check in with me through the entire experience and did exactly how I asked! I also bought the First Hair Cut package were they take a lock of hair and a picture of the child at the end of the hair cut with a certificate/card keep sake! Awesome experience for any kid especially a toddlers first cut, they made it fun and exciting and memorable and very good people icing in my opinion. As far as the negative comments yes they are entitled to review how they see fit but a crooked line on a kid that probably wasn’t sitting still and even so we are human and make mistakes. It’s hair and that was an easy fix, anyways don’t judge by reviews and score? Experience it for yourself I recommend this to any mom with kiddos of all ages ?????

Brought in my 3 toddlers and the 2 boys got haircuts , they were very nervous it being their first time and unfortunately one of them even had a meltdown and actually hit our stylist which I felt absolutely terrible about. ( They've been through a lot) she was absolutely incredible and very professional and they both managed to leave with their hair cut and looking great. She was professional, friendly and did an amazing job with them on every level. I am beyond grateful and appreciative of snip it's for helping my boys to not look like little cavemen! This is the spot!!
