I used to come to Royal Nails specifically for Jessica, and she was amazing! I had to move away unexpectedly for school and haven’t been back in a while, but every time I get my nails done elsewhere, I think about the experience I had here. I rarely go back to the same nail tech—or even the same salon—but Royal Nails is the one place I would always return to. Truly the best in RI! They always have the most chic and up-to-date styles, endless chrome and cat-eye options, and can recreate any inspo picture you bring in. I hope I get the chance to go back one day—you never realize how good you have it until it’s gone.
I love coming to royals nails! They do an amazing job every single time and I always leave with a big smile of my face!! They are communicative, understanding and very friendly!!!! They do amazing with my nails! Love love love ! These are some sets I got done over the course of months!
The nail tech did a really good job with my nails and they were able to accommodate me without an appointment. However I felt pretty nervous about the cleanliness. There were all kinds of plastic bags (I’m guessing for the hot towels) strewn about the back counter along with cardboard boxes. The cuticle trimmer that was removed from a plastic case had rust. The tech took my gel nails
off with a pickle jar filled with pieces of acetone-soaked cotton balls. A little maintenance of the space goes a long way to making customers feel at ease.
