I found RIKB to be a pleasure to work with. We just re-did our kitchen.The designer was helpful in terms of assisting with small details that I really didn't have time for. She provided me a few designs / price points to choose from and I found them to be transparent with their pricing.Remodel stayed on schedule, which was huge for us. (I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. Erika and team did an amazing job with our kitchen and office project. The timeline was detailed (we even got a binder with all the design details), you get one project manager who is on site daily to coordinate everything (and every sub contractor was friendly and professional where even if I was home alone, I was not concerned), the quality of work and attention to detail is also unmatched (one of our cabinet doors arrived slightly damaged and RIKB ordered a replacement right away). Although slightly expensive, you are paying for dependable, quality work and a seamless customer service experience.
