Clients have praised the awesome therapists and the majority of nurses, although there was one nurse whose performance raised concerns. A physical therapist received special recognition for his outstanding support after a serious car accident, significantly aiding in recovery. Overall, Pinnacle Home Care is committed to promoting good health practices, preventing unnecessary hospital visits, and facilitating early hospital discharge through effective home-based treatment.
I have been through a lot over the last year up till today and because of me working with Pinnacle I Am still alive today after finishing appointments with my nurse jennissa and my physical therapist Josh we walked downstairs to the lobby with no warning I had a major seizure Josh was able to gently get me to the ground and found I had no pulse hotel staff Tessa called 911 and jennessa started CPR and was able to get me back.....I was blessed that day and I am forever thankful that they were there so Pinnacle I thank you for having such an amazing staff the rest of what I have to say I will say in person to the one's that saved my life
Nate the Physical therapist from fall river is phenomenal. I got into a heavy car accident and hes been helping and working with me for over half a year now. I would not have recovered as quickly and as positively as i have without his guidance. Thank you very much. Pinnacle saved my life!
My experience with this company has been great. This is my first time using a home health service and there isn't many reviews to look at. My PT and OT people have been very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this company to those in need of home health services.
