Amazing! Simply amazing. My journey began about 10 years ago when a lady I worked with recommended the office as the best place to be tested and fitted for hearing aids if needed. With the testing done and then finding the solution that best fitted me I made my choice fully informed thanks to this incrediable staff. Oh my goodness I did need them. It's amazing how much I was missing in life...converstion in particular. The follow up has been a lifetime committment for me and most importantly the staff. Ken is great! He takes his time to explain the process of programming and getting the right hearing aid for the patient. He does not try to force you into buying a hearing aid and the consultation is free which makes it even better!
