If I could give 100 stars, I would. Urquhart-Murphy handled my father’s wake and funeral this weekend with a level of grace and professionalism that is difficult to find in today’s society. They are top-notch and I could not recommend them highly enough.
We actually didn't go with this house but the reason we are leaving the positive review is because they are good people.
After calling a ton of funeral homes and hearing the same sales pitch. We were connected to a human on at this location. They spoke with what sounded like the first genuine condolences we'd heard all day. They walked us through their options with no fluff or upselling. They were frank and honest. When it became clear that what we were specifically looking for may not fit this parlor, they did not hesitate to point us in the right direction and give us all the advice we needed.
