Madeline Longo is an amazing NP—she is very honest, empathetic, and will take time to sit down and really listen to you. All three stars are for her (she deserves five). My only complaint is that whoever was at the front desk was very cold and rude. I called back again today to see if I should go to the ER (like they told me to do yesterday), and (seemingly the same woman) told me I’d need a whole second evaluation done by a different doctor there and pretty much hung up before I could ask anything else. She did not even ask me what my symptoms were, or offer to quickly ask someone if it’s an emergency, as other locations have always done for me. I highly recommend...read full review
Waited almost an hour for care despite making an appointment, I was in so much pain my brother basically carried me in. I was holding back tears from sheer pain. They figured out was wrong quickly, but they took forever sending out the prescription. They gave me 2 days to heal despite needing to be wheelchaired out from my total inability to walk. They said they would give me a list of excercises for at home treatment, they didnt do that. The prescription went to a location that didnt have the right medication. I had to call 3 times about it, and my brother had to drive to 2 different walgreens just to get the medication. I have ZERO clue how they expect me to be ready...read full review
I had a great experience at this urgent care... I had an issue that required X-rays. Everyone from the intake receptionist to the X-ray tech to the Nurse practitioner were friendly, attentive and professional. I am blessed to have such a great facility close to my house. A huge thank you to all the medical staff that helped me today!
