Got my lashes done by Shannon, she’s very customer service forward, very welcoming, personable, with lots of personality! She fully informed me on different styles of lashes asked my opinion on things prior to actually getting my lashes done (I have never had a lash tech ask so in depth what I wanted), on top of that my lashes are exactly what I wanted they’re so pretty and I’m obsessed with them! i absolutely love Shannon. ! my first experience getting my lashes done the lady gave me no info. barely talked to me and when my eyes burned she said it was normal. but Shannon reached out to me and fit me in her busy schedule, answered every question i had and gave me all the info i needed. by the end of it i felt like ive known her for years. she’s awesome and deff recommend her. and deff will be coming back. she gave me exactly what i wanted through pictures i’ve sent her.
