I was having hearing and tinitis problems. I searched Google for a audiologist, I decided on Hear Care RI. From the first phone call I was and am amazed at the professionalism, the caring, the empathy of the receptionist Lisa who made my appointment. Upon arriving for my hearing test, I met the audiologist Isabella, right away I knew I made the right choice. The hearing test was extremely comprehensive and enlightening, I had some bad hearing loss. Isabella was reassuring, professional and efficient, I was given many options which were explained in a clear and fun manner, her personality is infectious. We chose with no pressure the hearing aids that she knew were best for me. Isabella took all the time needed to explain every detail of my hearing loss and hearing aids. I can't say this enough in today's world service has suffered, but not at Hear Care RI. I highly recommend them for all your hearing loss needs. Five stars +++.
