    I had an excellent experience with the Geek Squad based at the Warwick Best Buy. I booked my appt online, was warmly greeted when I showed up, had zero wait, and received outstanding service, clear explanations, and very helpful advice.

    Make your appointment early and before actually going there, call ahead to find out how long the repair will take. I was having an iPhone battery replaced using the Apple special $29 program. The first appointment I made was at 5:00pm on a Friday and it would have taken 2 hours (had I stayed), but the second appointment on the following Sunday at 3:00pm had the battery replaced in a half hour, which was much better for me. The second experience was much better than the first.

    Service is slooooow. You sit there and wait for a half hour why'll most of them just walk back and forth. They Gta figure out something to move the service along quicker. Specially if your just dropping something off to get fixed..
