1 star because that's the lowest I Could select. After over 15 years as a patient here I called to get my prescription filled and they said you are no longer a patient here. Your dr retired. Sorry nothing we can do for you... don't waste your time with any anchor medical location as all the others I called for help said the same. They don't care about anyone.

The receptionists are generally nice, but in 2023 they rescheduled my yearly physical so often that it was scheduled for may of 2024. Now I call to schedule an appointment for something else and they say “oh you didn’t get the letter in the mail? You’re not a patient here anymore.” Ok.. ? So no phone call to let me know my doctor left the practice, no transfer to a new doctor like they did a year previously when THAT doctor left. Just a letter in the mail. Now I have to scramble to get my prescription elsewhere. Honestly glad to not be a patient here anymore.

I have been going to anchor medical Associates for over 20 years. They usually have great service. Takes a little time to get someone on the phone but after over 20 years of going there, I received a letter saying that my doctor was leaving the practice so I had to leave the practice as well, usually when Doctor leaves Anchor medical, I just get assigned a new doctor Which is fine by me But not this time I was basically told I was no longer a patient there and good luck on my search and finding a new doctor. No warning, no heads up no recommendations nothing all they said is that I just happen to be the ones that were picked to leave.
