Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with during this difficult time. He was caring, respectful and compassionate. He was also understanding of our financial needs and worked with us to help us remain within our budget. Whenever there was an update Justin was prompt with calling and emailing to let us know what was going on and the next steps that were being taken. He truly made this devastating time much easier to get through for my family. We thank him and his team as well for everything they did and all the services they provided.
Even though our loss was devastating; our funeral director Tara, had such empathy, professionalism and friendliness towards our entire families. Tara made the unbearable loss easier to cope because she asked all the right questions and provided us with answers to every single question we had; even if we asked the same questions over and over again. Thank you Tara and the entire entire staff for everything!!
Our mom's funeral was expertly handled by Christy Bergeson, Managing Director of Wilbur-Romano Funeral home and her wonderful staff. Everything went smoothly and as planned. Christy was highly organized, efficient & with us every step of the way throughout our mom's funeral. We highly recommend them!
