Karen Park has literally changed my life. I am 61 years old and for most of my adult life I have succeeded and failed over and over again with trying to obtain a consistent healthy lifestyle. When I started with Karen I was really disappointed with my body and overall health. I'm so appreciative of the thought and energy Karen has put into my workouts. As a working musician for over 50 years, I have a ton of repetitive stress injuries but Karen has found workarounds and we continue to build strength. Progress finally!
